P 18 for sale

Anyone in the market for a cheap mPhantom 18 ?? I have been told by Tim Spalding that this can now be bought for around 2k. I seem to remember that someone on here knew some history on it.

This looks interesting. Only question is how are P18's in heavy seas? Do they handle it well or are they only for the comitted? I know the larger phantoms are quite easy to handle even in rough seas.

What are those old engines like? Reliable? Heavy drinkers? Need to be serviced often? etc

Going by the advert saying it is sold, I wouldn't hold your breath!

But I'm no detective so I may be wrong!
